We support KIT in its ongoing organizational development. This includes analyzing organizational structures and processes, and advising organizational units on their adaptation, documentation, and/or development opportunities. Our goal is to help make structures and workflows more legally compliant, faster, or more flexible. In doing so, we not only focus on the internal organization but also take into account the changing external conditions for KIT.
